Where your tomedo installation offers an interface, we create drafts and reminders directly in it. Otherwise your team moves them across from a work list with one click. We check which route suits you in the AI audit.
Does this replace the AI functions in tomedo?
Speech recognition and tomedo.Intelligence support the doctor during consultations. Our software looks after the requests and letters that follow. The two work together.
Where does your software process the data?
You decide. If it runs on a server in your practice, the data stays there, as it does with tomedo’s speech recognition. For every AI function, whether from tomedo or from us, we show you where it processes data. The basis is the data processing agreement and confidentiality under Section 203 of the German Criminal Code (StGB).
What does AI cost for a practice using tomedo?
The initial call is free. If the task is already clear, we move straight to a proposal. If a closer assessment is needed, the AI audit costs €500, fully credited towards implementation with AI Værk. Small solutions start at around €2,000. If we find no useful AI application, the audit fee is waived; previously agreed expenses remain payable. Our proposal lists setup, licences, hosting and support separately.
