For the same task we compare a feature of your existing software, a fixed automation and an AI application. A custom build has to justify its extra effort.

You get prioritised project ideas and guidance on safe use, as the basis for an offer if you wish. The recommendation may also be to use existing tools better or to build nothing for now.
Which data can go where?
Together we decide which data the application may read, who sees it and how long it is kept. It can run locally or on dedicated servers, with cloud AI only for content you approve.
What it costs
The first call is free. The AI audit is fully credited if you implement with AI Værk; otherwise it costs €500.
If we find no economically worthwhile use, the fee is waived; only agreed expenses such as travel remain.

Questions about this project
Who should take part in the assessment?
Someone who can make decisions, usually from the board, and the staff who handle the workflow every day. If interfaces or personal data are involved, IT and data protection join in.
Do we have to have the recommendation implemented?
No. You can keep working with your existing tools, commission the work or put implementation on hold.
