Spend less time chasing the same information. Practical AI for accounting and tax teams.
Requesting missing documents, finding a case’s status and explaining the same workflow to a new colleague all take skilled people away from their work. We help your practice automate suitable steps and make internal knowledge easier to find.
Example: request the documents that are actually missing
-
01
Compare received and required information
Establish the reliable source of status information and the documents needed for the task. The workflow compares available records and sends uncertain matches to your team for review.
-
02
Prepare a clear request
Use the checked list of missing information to draft a message in your practice’s style. The responsible person checks what it asks for and approves sending.
-
03
Connect replies to the right case
Subject to available interfaces, incoming documents can be assigned or proposed for assignment. Status stays traceable in the agreed system. Your team checks professional completeness and tax treatment.
Other useful starting points
Find internal guidance
Search working instructions, software guidance and checked templates, with links to their source. Old versions are identified or removed before inclusion.
Handle routine enquiries
Prepare responses from approved information: what is needed, how to hand over records and who is responsible. Client-specific information remains subject to the agreed permissions and approvals.
Help new colleagues get started
Training uses tasks from the practice. Staff learn to choose suitable inputs, check sources and configure their own assistants inside the agreed environment.
Start with the systems you already use
We check what your practice software already supports before developing something new. A better handover, a template or an existing feature may solve the problem. AI is useful where text, document or search work still creates substantial manual effort.
Every proposed connection is checked for available interfaces, permissions and costs. An integration with accounting or tax software only becomes part of the proposal after that assessment. We do not assume that every installation offers the same access.
Control how confidential client information is processed
Private AI can run on your own servers or on dedicated infrastructure with our hosting partners. We plan permissions by task and client, account for maintenance access and agree how queries and results are stored. ISO 27001-certified hosting partners are available.
A hybrid environment can combine private processing with approved cloud tools. Protected documents can remain internal while a cloud model drafts a general training text containing no client information. The rules are agreed before setup.
What to establish before starting
Does the AI make tax or accounting decisions?
These applications assist with preparation, search and organisation. Professional assessment, approvals and responsibility for advice stay with your practice and are reflected in the workflow.
How do we find a worthwhile first project?
The AI audit costs €500 excluding VAT. We review selected workflows and provide recommendations, ideas for concrete projects and guidance on practical, secure AI use. The full fee is credited towards subsequent consulting or implementation. If we find no economically worthwhile use of AI, the audit fee is waived; only expenses agreed in advance, such as travel, remain payable. We compare the current effort with setup, operating costs and the review that will remain.
Does everyone have to switch at once?
We can start with one workflow and a small team. Expansion follows once answers, permissions and handovers have been tested in practice. Training and optional support match the agreed scope.
A costed starting point
A practical first step is to measure how often the task occurs, how much time it takes and who will verify the result. Compare the whole workflow, including review, rather than the speed of a draft alone.
Which task comes back every week?
Describe it in a free first call. A description is enough to begin; client records are not needed.
