AI for your practice: more time for patients, less routine. We take prescription requests, appointment requests and callbacks off reception, connected to your practice software.
Medical, dental, therapy or veterinary practice: every day prescription requests, test results, referrals, appointment requests and callback requests come together at reception, and confidentiality applies throughout. AI Værk works with your practice from the first call to a solution in daily use. Patient data stays under your control, on a server in your practice if you prefer.
What practices have in common
Requests that land at reception
Prescription requests, recall replies, callback requests: the software recognises the concern and the person it is about, and creates a task in your practice software. Anything unclear goes to a list for your team.
Documents for the right patient
The software matches results, doctors’ letters and referrals to the right patient and files them in your practice software. If a detail is missing, it prepares the follow-up question.
Data under confidentiality
Health data needs more than a standard cloud. We set up the software to fit your duty of confidentiality, up to a server of your own in your practice.
Patient data stays where you decide.
Doctors, dentists, therapists and vets are bound by confidentiality, and health data is a special category of data under Article 9 of the GDPR. So you decide where the software runs, and we set it up exactly that way.
- Confidentiality in the contract: we and everyone involved commit in writing to professional secrecy, as required by Section 203 of the German Criminal Code (StGB).
- A data processing agreement under the GDPR, signed before the software sees real data.
- Your data is never used to train AI models.
- Every access is logged. You see who opened what, and when.
Questions before getting started
Can we use AI with patient data?
Yes. Since 2017, Section 203 of the German Criminal Code (StGB) has allowed professionals bound by secrecy to bring in service providers, provided they are bound to confidentiality. That is exactly what we set out in the contract, together with the data processing agreement. Article 9 of the GDPR gives health data special protection, so we agree with you which data the software sees and where it runs. If it runs on a server in your practice, the data stays on your premises.
Does it work with our practice software?
In most cases, yes, for example with CGM ALBIS, CGM TURBOMED, medatixx, tomedo, Doctolib or the software of your dental, therapy or veterinary practice. Where the system offers an interface, we create tasks and documents directly in it. Otherwise your team moves them across from a work list with one click. We check which route suits you in the AI audit.
What does getting started cost?
The initial call is free. If the task is already clear, we move straight to a proposal. If a closer assessment is needed, the AI audit costs €500, fully credited towards implementation with AI Værk. Small solutions start at around €2,000. If we find no useful AI application, the audit fee is waived; previously agreed expenses remain payable. Our proposal lists setup, licences, hosting and support separately.
Is it worth it for a small practice?
Often especially there, because a few people at reception carry a lot of admin. In the AI audit we work with your own numbers. If it does not pay off, we tell you plainly.
Who supports implementation?
You work directly with us, the founders. Justus handles consulting, design and training; Elias is responsible for development, integration and ongoing operation. We are happy to work with your in-house IT team or IT service provider.
What holds up your reception every day?
In the free initial call, tell us how prescription requests, appointment requests and callbacks run in your practice. We will show you where AI helps, what it costs and how it works with your practice software.
