Can the software write directly to CGM TURBOMED?
Where your TURBOMED installation offers an interface, we create tasks and documents directly in it. Otherwise your team moves them across from a work list with one click. We check which route suits your edition in the AI audit.
Do we need CGM TURBOMED MOBIL for this?
For prescription lists and results, your practice installation is enough. On home visits MOBIL helps, because the doctor already works in the documentation on the road. Our software also accepts notes as voice messages or emails.
Can we use AI with patient data?
Yes. Since 2017, Section 203 of the German Criminal Code (StGB) has allowed you to bring in service providers, provided they are bound to confidentiality. That is exactly what we set out in the contract, together with the data processing agreement. If the software runs on a server in your practice, the data stays on your premises from start to finish.
What does AI cost for a practice using CGM TURBOMED?
The initial call is free. If the task is already clear, we move straight to a proposal. If a closer assessment is needed, the AI audit costs €500, fully credited towards implementation with AI Værk. Small solutions start at around €2,000. If we find no useful AI application, the audit fee is waived; previously agreed expenses remain payable. Our proposal lists setup, licences, hosting and support separately.
