Every report has a status and a responsible person. Repair reports for housing cooperatives
A cold radiator, a sticking front door, a water stain on the ceiling: we build housing cooperatives a way to report damage that asks for the details needed and shows who is handling the case right now.
A report has to get through even when the details are unclear.
Photos and fixed fields save many follow-up questions but do not replace the caretaker taking a look.
Real emergencies such as a burst pipe need a clearly visible emergency route that you define, independent of any queue or AI recognition.
What the solution can do
Take the report
The form asks for the building, flat, location of the damage and a short description; photos are optional. The office enters reports made by phone into the same workflow.
Assign the work
AI suggests a category and trade, such as plumbing or electrical. Your staff decide urgency and who gets the job, and unclear cases stay visibly open.
Keep members informed
The member sees how far their report has got. The contractor receives only the data needed for the job and reports back when it is done.
How a project runs
-
01
Define the scope
We walk through a typical case and its exceptions with you. That settles data, responsibilities and acceptance criteria.
-
02
Agree the offer
You get a binding offer, with a cost ceiling for open-ended projects. New requests are priced before we build them.
-
03
Introduce and operate
Your team tests on its own cases. Data migration, training and support are agreed as needed.
Which data can go where?
Together we decide which data the application may read, who sees it and how long it is kept. It can run locally or on dedicated servers, with cloud AI only for content you approve.
What it costs
The first call is free. The AI audit is fully credited if you implement with AI Værk; otherwise it costs €500.
Small, clearly defined applications start at €2,000, not a package price for everything on this page. Hardware, licences, hosting and support may come on top.

Questions about this project
Do members need a separate app?
A browser form that works on phones and computers is often enough. The phone line can stay. Emergencies go through your emergency numbers, even when the form or the AI is unavailable.
Can our existing systems stay?
We check that first, including your software's interfaces. We only connect what is technically possible and worth it, and decide which system holds the data and who approves changes.
Which workflow would you like to simplify?
Briefly describe the task, the software involved and the most common questions. We do not need confidential original documents for the free first call.
