The amounts are guide values for typical projects. Custom development can also fit the €3,000 to €5,000 range. Effort grows mainly with data preparation, integrations and permission models. All prices exclude VAT.

If it is still unclear where AI would help your business, we start with the audit.
We look at selected workflows and how you use AI today; you come away with concrete project ideas, recommendations and guidance on using AI safely. If the task is already clear, we go straight to a proposal.

Consulting and development
The proposal names process analysis, setup, integrations or custom development; new ideas are priced beforehand.

Hardware and hosting
AI on your premises needs its own hardware, a dedicated server comes with hosting costs. We work through both, including maintenance and running costs.

Licences and model usage
We list per-user licences or usage fees separately and show how they grow with use.

Training and ongoing support
The proposal states the training included; maintenance and support can be added when needed, from us or a partner.

You describe the task, your systems and your timeframe; the call is free. If a closer look is needed, we suggest the audit.

For a clear scope, you receive a binding proposal. If it is still open, we agree the effort and a cost ceiling.

New ideas are welcome. Before we build them, we tell you what they cost in time and money.

We combine software development with business judgement and bring in additional developers, specialists and partners as needed. Your project gets the expertise it requires.
We build only as much technology as your task needs, and say so when a feature your software already has is enough. We plan operation and maintenance from the start.
Questions about pricing
Is the audit free?
If you go on to implement with AI Værk, yes: we credit it in full. Otherwise it costs €500. If we find no worthwhile use of AI, the fee is waived as well; expenses agreed in advance, such as travel, remain. The first call is always free.
What do we get for €2,000?
A small, clearly bounded application, such as a chatbot for your website or your team. Whether it stays at that depends on existing content, integrations, access and operation.
How quickly can you deliver?
Short-notice projects are possible. We give you a firm schedule once scope, access, data and our capacity are clear.
Is funding available for AI projects?
That depends on location, company and project. Before the project starts, we check with you which programme fits and on what terms it provides funding.
Do we have to buy ongoing support?
No, support is optional. We work out who takes on operational tasks: your team, us or a partner. Whatever you agree is in the proposal, with its price.
