Which parts can you take on?
We can coordinate consulting, development, data imports and training. Optional ongoing support has its own scope. The proposal states what is included and names the contact.
Are we committed long term?
You decide on each project stage. Any ongoing services have explicit costs, scope and contract terms agreed before commissioning.
What happens when the committee changes?
Incoming officeholders get personal accounts with appropriate roles, and old access is withdrawn. Documentation and any agreed introduction support the handover; the support contact remains documented.
What does working together cost?
The first call is free. An AI audit costs EUR 500 excluding VAT and is credited in full against subsequent consulting or implementation. If we identify no economically worthwhile AI use case, the audit fee is waived; only previously agreed expenses remain payable. Implementation and optional maintenance are quoted for the agreed scope.
