With an online application, prospective members fill in the form in their browser, and it asks for missing details straight away. Your office reviews the application, settles open questions and transfers the data to member administration once the member is admitted.
Acknowledging an application does not confirm membership.
You clarify with the responsible bodies what form the membership declaration needs and who decides on admission; we build the workflow to match. Application, admission and payment each get their own status, so the automatic acknowledgement never promises anyone membership.
What the solution can do
Collect details
The form checks required fields and formats such as IBAN and date of birth. It records consents and share subscriptions exactly as your requirements specify.
Review documents
If the application arrives on paper, AI extracts the details and flags what is missing. Anything illegible or contradictory goes to a person in the office.
Transfer after approval
Only after admission does the system create the member record and, if needed, a payment schedule. First it checks whether the person is already on record.

The first call is free. The AI audit is fully credited if you implement with AI Værk; otherwise it costs €500.

Can people still apply on paper?
Yes. Paper and online applications go through the same review. Which originals you have to keep is decided by the responsible bodies in your cooperative.
Can our existing systems stay?
We check that first, including your software's interfaces. We only connect what is technically possible and worth it, and decide which system holds the data and who approves changes.
Which workflow would you like to simplify?
