Observe the work
We walk through one workflow with the staff responsible, for example from incoming application to committee paper. We see confidential content only within the agreed scope.

Compare the options
Sometimes your existing software can already do it, sometimes a fixed rule is enough, sometimes it takes AI. For each option we estimate setup, running costs, the checks needed and who runs it.

Prepare a decision
You receive a written recommendation with a first scope, open prerequisites and criteria for a test. The board can use it to decide on the next commission.
What we settle before we build
For technical planning we establish where documents are stored, who may see them and which services come into play. A private installation and dedicated hosting with a partner differ in cost and ongoing tasks. If you want us to present the recommendation to the committee or work it up into an implementation plan, we include that in the consulting scope.

Questions from foundation offices
Is the first call already the audit?
No. In the free call we clarify your situation and the right next step. We review the workflows themselves in the paid audit.
Do we have to commission development afterwards?
No. You use the recommendation to decide whether and with whom to continue.
What if AI brings no benefit?
Then the fee is waived; only agreed expenses remain. Even then, a simple change to the workflow can help.
