Many people in your club are already trying AI, each on their own and often with private tools. In our AI workshop for clubs, committee, coaches, volunteers and staff practise together how AI helps with minutes, invitations and member questions, and which data is off limits.
Lots of small experiments, no shared rules
The secretary has AI draft the minutes, the youth leader writes the camp invitation with AI, and the treasurer wonders whether he may upload the fee list. Often none of them knows what the others do.
The workshop brings these experiences together, and the group writes down rules for sources, approvals and member data that the committee can adopt. Nobody needs prior knowledge.

Who is the AI workshop for clubs meant for?
For everyone in the club who handles administration or looks after members: committee, treasurer, secretary, coaches and office staff.
May we enter member data into AI tools?
Not in the workshop, where we practise with anonymised or invented examples. Real data needs purpose, provider, access and provider terms settled first, which is exactly what your rules cover.
When and where does the workshop take place?
On site with you or by video, at a time when volunteers with jobs and families can take part too.
What does the workshop cost?
The first call is free, and non-profits can get a discount depending on the project. Afterwards we give you a price range and, on request, check funding.
What should your team be able to do afterwards?
