More time for the work your foundation exists to do. AI for foundations, from incoming application to use-of-funds report.
Summarising applications, reconciling instalments and requesting missing reports take up your office’s time regularly. Together we assess where an improvement would deliver the most value and build a solution your team can use itself.
We start with the work that comes back every week
We look at the whole workflow before we suggest anything.
For a small foundation, a well-kept list is sometimes enough; when several people work with a lot of documents, a shared application usually pays off. We use AI where someone has to read, sort or draft free text.
Three questions before we start
-
01
Which task ties up the team?
Name one step that keeps coming back, such as chasing missing application documents. How often it happens and how long it takes tells you more than a general digitalisation plan.
-
02
What can the application take over?
Fixed rules check required fields and deadlines; AI summarises documents. We show in the workflow where your people take over.
-
03
Who keeps it running?
We agree who maintains the sources, who is responsible for the content and who runs it: your team, us or a partner.
Grant-making and operating foundations work differently
A grant-making foundation works mainly with applications, awards and reports; an operating foundation with its own projects and events. We fit the solution to how you work. How confidential your information on applicants and donors is helps decide the technical setup: private AI can run on your own infrastructure or on dedicated servers.

Questions from foundation offices
Which task suits a small foundation office?
One that comes up often, can be described clearly and has a result you can check, with the data it needs already in place. For rare special cases, doing it by hand is often cheaper.
Does the AI award grants?
No. It prepares the paperwork. Your responsible staff and committees still decide on funding.
What does a first implementation cost?
Small, clearly bounded applications start at €2,000; we price a portal or several connected workflows individually. Scope, running costs and optional support are set out in the quote in advance.
Which workflow is holding your office back?
Tell us about the workflow and the systems you use. We do not need confidential documents for the first call.
