The decision exists. Let's make it findable. Intranet and knowledge management for your foundation.
The funding decision is in an old set of minutes, the current policy on a shared drive and how to apply it in a colleague's head. We bring approved documents together in one place and build a search that shows the source for every answer.
Sort the documents first, then build the search
A new search does not make old documents current.
So we first work out which policies, minutes and templates apply, what belongs in the archive and who is responsible for changes. Then an assistant answers questions from the approved collection. If information is missing or two versions contradict each other, the answer should say so.
How the work can look
-
01
Choose the sources
We start with a defined collection, such as funding guidelines and meeting minutes. We connect your existing storage where interfaces and permissions allow a reliable link.
-
02
Enforce access rights
Office staff, the board and external contributors get the agreed rights, and the search sticks to them. We test this deliberately with questions about documents the person asking is not allowed to see.
-
03
Check answers and keep knowledge current
Your team checks typical searches against the originals. We agree who maintains the collection when documents are added, changed or removed.
What we settle before we build
The search runs on your own infrastructure or on dedicated servers with a hosting partner. For a hybrid setup we agree what may be processed externally, whether search queries are stored and who gets maintenance access. An intranet can bring together meeting packs and templates, usually without a language model.
Scope and cost agreed before we start
The first call is free. The AI audit is fully credited if you implement with AI Værk; otherwise it costs €500.
If we find no economically worthwhile use, the fee is waived; only agreed expenses remain.

Questions from foundation offices
Can we include old scans?
Usually they need text recognition first. Scans whose text and page references fail a sample check are not used as a source.
How do I know whether an answer is right?
Every answer names the documents it used. Read the passage there for important statements, because even a summary with a source can be wrong.
Does the whole foundation have to see the same documents?
No. A new committee member, even through search, finds only the documents they need for their role.
Tell us where your documents live today.
For the first call, a description of your storage, your systems and the questions your team asks most often is enough. We do not need confidential documents for it.
