Your team practises AI on tasks from its own work. AI workshops for cooperatives: practise and use safely.

In an AI workshop for cooperatives, the board and office staff use AI to write a circular, answer a member enquiry and summarise internal documents. We work with prepared sample data, so no real member data ends up in a tool.

The workshop follows your work.

An energy cooperative might prepare project updates, a purchasing cooperative a letter to its member businesses, a housing cooperative a reply about the service charge statement.

We choose the exercises with you; format and pace depend on what the group already knows.

What participants practise

Write useful instructions

Participants specify the task, recipient, sources and format, and refine their instructions by comparing the drafts.

Check answers

On tasks with missing or contradictory information, participants check numbers, sources and commitments themselves, because fluent language proves nothing. We look at wrong answers together.

Agree shared rules

The group decides which content may go into which tool and who reads things before they are sent. We set up custom assistants only in your approved environment.

From practice to everyday work

  1. 01

    Choose goals and examples

Beforehand we clarify roles, prior knowledge and permitted tools, and put together exercises with sample data.

  2. 02

    Prepare the transfer

Each person picks a task they will do with AI from now on. We write down the rules, contacts and who checks results.

Which data can go where?

Together we decide which data the application may read, who sees it and how long it is kept. It can run locally or on dedicated servers, with cloud AI only for content you approve.

What it costs

We price the workshop by learning goals, preparation, length and group size.

The first call is free. You do not need an audit or an implementation project to book the workshop.

Questions about this project

Do participants need technical experience?

No. Participants only need access to the tools your cooperative wants to use.

What do participants take back to their work?

Tested tasks, written rules and a first use case of their own.

What should your team be able to do afterwards?

Tell us who will attend, what they already know and their typical tasks. In the free first call we agree the learning goal and format.
