Start with the trade software you already use
We first check existing functions and interfaces. An initial application may only need a well-organised folder and a few templates. Adding AI should not create a second set of records to maintain.
For an integration, agree which data can be read and what may be written back after approval. Photos, notes and prices must be connected to the correct job.
Handle confidential project information deliberately
Customer addresses, plans and internal estimates need an agreed workspace. We define what will be processed, who can access it and how long information is kept. Suitable business services or private AI may be appropriate.
For information that must remain internal, we can set up local or dedicated environments. Maintenance and support are agreed as needed.
A bounded project, not a new enterprise system
Simple applications start at €2,000 excluding VAT.
Scope, interfaces, data preparation and operation determine the proposal. If the best starting point is unclear, the €500 audit examines selected workflows.
The full audit fee is credited towards subsequent consulting or implementation. If we find no economically worthwhile AI use, it is waived; only expenses agreed in advance remain payable. The first call is free.

How quickly can we start using a workflow?
That depends on available data, interfaces and approvals. We agree a realistic schedule for the first scoped delivery before implementation.
Is this worthwhile for a small firm?
It can be if the task recurs often enough and useful work is removed after allowing for review and operation. For a few individual cases, a better template may be more economical.
Can AI calculate our quote?
It can prepare information from documents. Binding quantities, prices, taxes and totals use your rules and verified data. Your business approves the result.
