Can AI make sense for a very small team?

Yes, when a frequent task can be improved at a proportionate cost. Frequency, time spent, output quality and operating costs matter more than headcount alone.

Do we need an IT department?

No. Setup, training and operation can be adapted to your resources. You do need someone who understands the workflow and can check the results with us.

What if the audit finds no useful project?

The AI audit costs €500 excluding VAT. We review selected workflows and provide recommendations, ideas for concrete projects and guidance on practical, secure AI use. The full fee is credited towards subsequent consulting or implementation. If we find no economically worthwhile use of AI, the audit fee is waived; only expenses agreed in advance, such as travel, remain payable.

Can we keep our existing software?

We start by checking its features and interfaces. Any additional application needs to fit the workflow; technical feasibility and integration costs are assessed before implementation.
