Every report filed with the right funded project. Project reports and use-of-funds reports for foundations in one workflow.
An interim report arrives by email, the attachments sit behind a download link and the deadline was moved over the phone. We link deadlines, submissions and review to each funded project.
Received does not mean reviewed
A report can be in and still leave questions open. So we track four stages.

Take dates from the grant
On the funded project you store report types, contacts and deadlines. Automatic reminders go out by fixed rules and respect extended deadlines.
-
Bring the documents together
The system assigns submissions to the project and reporting period. If the match is wrong or an attachment is missing, your team corrects it or asks for it. The originals stay unchanged.
-
Check the summary
AI drafts what the report says about activities, use of funds and open points, and every statement points to its passage in the report. Your team checks deviations from the application before anything goes into the board papers or the annual report.
What we settle before we build
We test with typical and difficult reports: empty forms, conflicting figures, late submissions, several versions. You publish quotes, images or details about participants only after your own approval, in a separate step, so an internal report does not accidentally become public.
Scope and cost agreed before we start
The first call is free. The AI audit is fully credited if you implement with AI Værk; otherwise it costs €500.
If we find no economically worthwhile use, the fee is waived; only agreed expenses remain.

Questions from foundation offices
Does the AI sign off the use of funds?
No. It organises information and flags anything unusual. What the grantee writes remains their claim until the people responsible have reviewed the evidence, professionally and financially.
Do grantees have to install software?
No, browser access is enough. Whether you also accept reports by email is something we decide together.
Can we keep our report structure?
Yes. We take over your fields and templates and agree with you what is collected as form fields and what is uploaded as documents.
Let's talk about where you are now.
Tell us about the workflow and the systems you use. We do not need confidential documents for the first call.
