What AI consulting costs with us.
The first call is free. An AI audit costs €500 and is credited if we then implement with you. A small application starts at €2,000, a larger project at around €10,000. Our day rate is available on request.

We review selected workflows and how you use AI today. If we then implement with you, the amount is credited. If we find no sensible use for AI, there is no fee.
Implementation from €2,000
A small application starts at €2,000. One automated work step costs around €3,000 to €5,000.
Larger projects from around €10,000
Several workflows, a strategy and its implementation. Our day rate is available on request.

Extra effort comes mainly from these three areas.
Data, integrations and permissions
Effort grows mainly when data needs preparing, systems need connecting or access rights need defining.
We clarify this before you get a quote.
Hardware and hosting
AI running on your premises needs its own hardware. A dedicated server means hosting costs. We work out both options, including maintenance.

Licences and model usage
User licences and usage fees are listed separately, and we show how they grow with use.
One-off and running costs appear separately in the quote.

Questions about cost
What does a day of AI consulting cost?
Our day rate is available on request. Tell us briefly what you have in mind and you get a quote for exactly that scope.
Is the AI audit free?
If you then implement with AI Værk, yes, because we credit it in full. Otherwise it costs €500. If we find no sensible use for AI, there is no fee either. Expenses agreed in advance, such as travel, still apply.
Do the prices include VAT?
No. All amounts are guide values excluding VAT.
Is there funding for AI consulting?
That depends on location, company and project. In Brandenburg and Schleswig-Holstein, state programmes cover part of consulting and implementation costs. Before the project starts, we check with you which programme fits.
Do we have to book ongoing support?
No, it is optional. Whatever you agree appears in the quote with its price.
