The replies arrive
To audit payables, you wrote to 40 of the client’s suppliers. The replies come as letters, PDFs and emails over three weeks.

The software reconciles
It reads each confirmed balance and compares it with the balance list. Two balances differ. For one, there is an invoice dated 29 December that the client only booked in January.

As a German public auditor you are bound to secrecy under § 43 WPO, the Public Accountant Act. So you decide where the software runs, and we set it up exactly that way.
- We and everyone involved commit to secrecy in text form, as § 50a WPO requires.
- A data processing agreement under the GDPR, signed before the software sees real data.
- Client data never trains AI models, and every access is logged.

You keep using the Caseware Verity AI agents; we build what arrives outside the engagement, such as third-party replies by letter and email. Where your Caseware environment offers an interface, we enter the results straight into the working paper. Otherwise your team moves them across from a work list with one click. Which route suits you, we settle in the initial call.
