These are examples of project sizes, not bundles containing every listed service. Technical development can also fit the €3,000–€5,000 range. Scope and existing systems determine what is feasible; preparing documents, connecting other systems or complex permissions increase the scope, as do processes, integrations and operational requirements in broader projects. All prices are in euros and exclude VAT.
The €500 AI audit
The AI audit costs €500 excluding VAT. We review selected workflows and provide recommendations, ideas for concrete projects and guidance on practical, secure AI use. The full fee is credited towards subsequent consulting or implementation. If we find no economically worthwhile use of AI, the audit fee is waived; only expenses agreed in advance, such as travel, remain payable.
The first call is free. We use it to understand your situation and agree which part of the business an audit would examine. A clearly defined project can also proceed directly to a scoped proposal.

Consulting and development
The proposal describes the agreed work, such as process analysis, setup, integrations and custom development. We explain the cost and timing of additional ideas before starting extra work.

Hardware and hosting
On-premise AI may require hardware; dedicated hosting has recurring charges. We compare suitable options based on expected usage, maintenance and operating costs.

Licences and model usage
Some solutions require per-user licences or usage-based model fees. We identify these costs and explain how more users or higher usage would affect them.

Training and ongoing support
The proposal specifies the handover and training included. Maintenance, service and support can be added according to your needs, with responsibilities agreed between your team, AI Værk and any partners.

The right team for the job
AI Værk has a lean core team. Small projects stay small. When a project needs more capacity or specialist knowledge, we bring in additional developers, experts and delivery partners.
We consider operation and maintenance from the start. If a feature in your existing software already solves the problem, using it may be the sensible choice. Custom development should earn its place by improving the work.

Is the audit free?
The first call is free. The audit costs €500 excluding VAT, credited in full towards subsequent consulting or implementation. If no economically worthwhile use case is found, the fee is waived; agreed expenses remain payable.
What can you deliver for €2,000?
A simple, clearly bounded application, such as a chatbot using a small set of prepared information. Data preparation, integrations, access controls and operational requirements affect the final price.
How quickly can you deliver?
Short-notice projects can be possible. We agree a realistic schedule once the scope, access to systems, source material and our capacity are clear.
Can funding help cover a project?
Funding may be available depending on location, eligibility and project scope. We can help examine relevant options before the project starts. Funding decisions and conditions belong to the programme provider.
Do we have to buy ongoing support?
Support is optional. We agree which operational tasks are needed and whether your team, AI Værk or a partner will handle them.
