Assign submissions to the project and reporting period. Staff can correct a match and request missing attachments. Original documents are retained.

A draft follows your headings and links to sources. Staff review differences from the application and outstanding evidence before using material in board papers or annual reports.
What we establish before building
We test ordinary reports alongside empty forms, conflicting figures, late submissions and multiple versions. The useful measure is whether staff can do better work with a reasonable amount of checking.
Publishing quotations, images or information about participants remains a separate step. We agree an approval process so internal project material is not accidentally treated as public content.
Agree the scope and cost first
The first call is free. A focused AI audit costs EUR 500 excluding VAT and provides recommendations, concrete project ideas and guidance on safe use. We credit the full fee towards subsequent consulting or implementation. If we find no economically worthwhile AI use case, the audit fee is waived; only expenses agreed in advance remain payable.

Does AI approve the use of grant funds?
No. It can structure information and flag issues for review. Professional and financial checks and assessment of the evidence remain with the responsible people.
Do recipients need to install software?
A browser-based submission process is possible. We agree whether to support email as well, based on your applicants and existing working practices.
Can we keep our report templates?
Yes. We review the fields and templates, then agree which information should be collected as structured data and which should remain an uploaded document.
