AI for your site management with PlanRadar: less admin for defects and change orders. We build AI software for construction companies and connect it to PlanRadar.
During the walkthrough with the client there is no time to type every defect into the app. Afterwards the defects sit in a voice note and twenty photos on the site manager’s phone. Our software turns them into tickets in PlanRadar, with room, trade and deadline. It matches subcontractors’ replies to the right ticket.

How we work with your construction company
AI audit for site management
We look at how a defect moves through your company, from the walkthrough to handover, and where typing up and chasing cost time. €500, credited in full when you go ahead with implementation.
Pricing and AI auditBuild and connect the software
We develop the software for voice notes, emails and change orders, connect it to PlanRadar and take care of hosting and maintenance.
SolutionsTrain your team
Site management and office staff practise on their own emails and defect lists, with our software and with the AI in PlanRadar.
WorkshopsWhat the software takes over
Defects from a voice note
From the voice note and photos of the walkthrough, the software creates one ticket per defect in PlanRadar, already assigned to the subcontractor for that trade. The site manager sets the deadline once for the whole list.
Replies on the right ticket
When a subcontractor replies by email instead of in the app, the software attaches the text and photo to the matching ticket and marks it for review.
Evidence for change orders
When the client orders additional work by email or in the meeting minutes, the software records the instruction as a ticket in PlanRadar. With photos and site diary entries, it is already documented by the time you submit the change order.
Illustrative use case
From the walkthrough to the tickets
-
01
Walkthrough before handover
Your site manager goes round the second-floor flats of a residential block with the client, dictating each defect with flat, room and trade and photographing it.
-
02
Tickets are created
The software creates a ticket in PlanRadar for each defect and attaches the photo the site manager took. If an entry has no room, it asks the site manager.
-
03
Approval and distribution
Your site manager checks the list while still in the site office and approves it. Only then do the tickets go to the subcontractors, and the client receives the defect list as a report from PlanRadar.
Connected to PlanRadar
PlanRadar comes with defect management, a site diary and its own AI for your project data, plus ready-made integrations through PlanRadar Connect. Our software brings in what is still outside it: voice notes, emails, phone photos and meeting minutes. It creates tickets, attaches files and sets the status through the open PlanRadar REST API.

Your team practises on a subcontractor’s email
In the training, site management and office staff work with the kind of emails that come in after a walkthrough. The switch shows what a cloud AI gets to see.
“Hello, the silicone joint in the bathroom of flat 2.3 has been redone, photo attached. We will replace the cracked tile in the hall of 2.1 on Monday, as the material only arrives on Friday. How do we bill the extra tiles in the basement? Best regards, Person 3306Murat Aydin, Company 5172Fliesen Aydin”
- Your server inserts placeholders
- Cloud AI processes it
- Your server puts the names back
Only your server knows which placeholder belongs to which person.
- Message arrives
- The AI on your server works with the full message
Nothing leaves your company.
Mark the defect for review
Attach the photo to the ticket for the silicone joint in bathroom 2.3 and mark the ticket for review.
Note the date
Add Monday’s replacement date to the ticket for the tile in 2.1. Site management decides whether that is still within the deadline.
Pass on the extra work
Pass the billing question to site management. They check whether the basement tiles were commissioned and whether a change order goes to the client.
Questions about PlanRadar
PlanRadar already has AI. Why do we need your software?
The AI in PlanRadar works with what is already in the project. Our software also brings in the voice note from the walkthrough, the tiler’s email and the meeting minutes as a PDF.
How does the data get into PlanRadar?
Through the open PlanRadar REST API. In the initial call, we clarify what access your PlanRadar account needs for this.
What does it cost?
The initial call is free. The AI audit costs €500 and is credited in full when you go ahead with AI Værk. Setup, hosting and support are listed separately in the proposal.
Who does the work?
You work directly with us, the founders. Justus handles consulting and training, Elias development, integration and operation. We are happy to work alongside your IT service provider.
How long does your site manager spend at the desk after a walkthrough?
Bring your latest defect list. In the free initial call we use it to show you which steps the software takes over and what that costs.
