AI for joinery businesses using OSD: a clearer view of every job, less office work. We build AI software for joinery and cabinetmaking businesses and connect it to OSD.
Order confirmations from the board supplier, delivery notes for fittings, invoices for glass: our software assigns every document to its job and flags whatever differs from the order. When the job is finished, it explains in three sentences where hours and materials differ from the estimate.

How we work with your joinery
AI audit for office and production planning
We look at how supplier post and post-job costing run today and where your office searches and retypes. €500, credited in full when you go ahead with implementation.
Pricing and AI auditBuild the incoming post
We build the matching of supplier post, connect it to OSD and take care of hosting and maintenance. Small solutions from around €2,000.
SolutionsTrain your team
Office staff and workshop managers learn to check discrepancies quickly and to use AI safely with customer data.
WorkshopsWhat the software takes over
Compare order confirmations
The software puts the board supplier’s confirmation next to your order and flags a wrong decor, missing edging and later delivery dates.
Assign invoices
The software files incoming invoices and delivery notes under the right job, so the materials in your post-job costing are complete.
Explain the post-job costing
From planned and actual figures, the software writes where a job needed more hours or materials, and what that means for the next quote.
Illustrative use case
From order confirmation to corrected order
-
01
The confirmation arrives
The board supplier confirms the order for a medical practice fit-out: 14 boards, edging, delivery in week 12. The software assigns the PDF to the job in OSD.
-
02
Show the discrepancy
It finds two points: the decor says white gloss where you ordered white matt, and delivery comes a week later, after the planned cutting.
-
03
Clarify and record
Your office calls the supplier and has the decor corrected. The software notes the new delivery date on the job, and the workshop sees it straight away.
Connected to OSD
OSD includes costing with parts lists, quotes, time recording and interfaces to machines, panel saws and suppliers. Our software takes over reading and comparing the supplier post. Where your OSD offers an import route, we pass results straight to it; otherwise your office moves them across from a work list with one click.

Your team practises on real supplier post
In the training, office staff and workshop managers work with documents as they arrive every day. Use the switch to see what a cloud AI gets to see.
“Hello, regarding your commission Person 4065Praxis Dr. Albers we confirm the order. The 2 mm ABS edging is sold out, we will deliver 1 mm. Delivery expected in week 13. Kind regards, your board supplier”

Questions about OSD
What does OSD already do itself?
OSD does costing with parts lists, writes quotes and invoices, records time on mobile devices and creates CNC programs. You keep using all of it. Our software reads the documents that come in from outside and explains your figures in plain words.
Does this replace our production planning?
Your production planners still decide what is ordered, changed and made. The software takes the searching and comparing off their hands, so they see discrepancies in the morning rather than at the saw.
What does it cost?
The initial call is free. The AI audit costs €500 and is credited in full when you implement with AI Værk. Small solutions start at around €2,000. Hosting and support are listed separately in the proposal.
Who does the work?
You work directly with us, the founders. Justus leads consulting and training; Elias is responsible for development, integration and operation. We are happy to work alongside your IT provider.
How often does your workshop spot a wrong delivery only at the saw?
