Is artificial intelligence the same as ChatGPT?
No. Artificial intelligence is the broader category. ChatGPT is one tool that works with language. Other AI systems can recognise images, organise documents, search company knowledge or support forecasting.
Can I use AI if I am not confident with technology?
Yes. A familiar task and a willingness to check results critically are enough to begin. Good training explains terms clearly and lets everyone work through the exercises together.
Is an AI course suitable for older employees?

May I enter customer data into ChatGPT?
There is no blanket answer. It depends on the account, settings, agreements and internal rules. Do not enter personal, confidential or secret information until the conditions for using it have been clarified.
How can I spot an incorrect AI answer?
Check important statements against reliable sources, original documents or your own expertise. Warning signs include missing evidence, invented names, unclear figures and confident claims without a source that supports them.
