AI for solar businesses using PV*SOL: more time for design and customers, less paperwork. We build AI software for electrical and solar businesses and connect it to PV*SOL and PV*SOL premium.

PV*SOL exports project data and simulation results. Our software turns them into the draft quote in your trade software and a cover letter that explains yield and self-consumption in plain words. When the customer accepts, it gathers the data sheets for grid registration.

What the software takes over

Prepare the design file

From the enquiry, roof photos and electricity bill, the software gathers what your planner needs for PV*SOL and asks the customer for any missing details.

A quote from the export

Modules, inverter, battery and yield from the PV*SOL export appear as items in the draft quote, with your prices and standard descriptions of work.

Paperwork for the grid operator

The software finds data sheets and certificates for the planned components and flags what is still missing for registration.

Illustrative use case

From system design to a quote in plain words

  1. 01

    Export the design

Your planner has designed the system in PV*SOL: 9.8 kWp, 10 kWh of storage, around 9,400 kWh of yield a year. He exports the project and the simulation.

  2. 02

    The quote is written

The software creates the components as items and writes the cover letter: how much of its own electricity the family will use, and what that means for their consumption.

  3. 03

    Check and send

Your office checks prices and wording and sends the quote the same day. The checklist for grid registration is already on the project.

Connected to PV*SOL and your trade software

You work with PV*SOL, TAIFUN, HERO or another system. The result of the design goes straight into the quote, with nothing to retype. TAIFUN HERO Your software

PV*SOL and PV*SOL premium export project data and results as a JSON file, and reports as PDF. Our software reads the components and key figures from them. Where your trade software offers an interface or an import route, we create the quote straight in it; otherwise your office moves it across from a work list with one click.

Your team practises on a real customer question

In the training, sales and planners work with questions as they come in after the quote. Use the switch to see what a cloud AI gets to see.

Question from a customer
What the AI sees:

“Hello, thanks for the quote. We’re getting a heat pump next year, so we’ll need more like 7,500 kWh. Would a bigger battery pay off then? Installation in March would suit us. Regards, Person 3376Torsten Wiebe, Address 5590Am Deich 12, Husum”

  1. Your server inserts placeholders
  2. Cloud AI does the work
  3. Your server puts the names back

Only your server knows which placeholder belongs to which person.

  1. Message arrives
  2. The AI on your server handles it in full

Nothing leaves your business.

  1. Update the consumption

Pass the new consumption with the heat pump to the planner. He recalculates the system in PV*SOL.

  2. Offer the variant

Create a second quote variant with a larger battery from the new simulation.

  3. Note the date

Pass the wish for installation in spring to the site team. They plan it and confirm.

Questions about PV*SOL

Does your software design the system?

Your planner keeps working out layout, shading and yield in PV*SOL. Our software works before and after: it gathers the details for the design and turns the result into the quote, the cover letter and the paperwork.

Do we need PV*SOL premium?

Either version works. PV*SOL and PV*SOL premium both export project data and results as a JSON file; with an older version we read the project report as a PDF. We look at what it contains on one of your projects before we make you a proposal.

What does it cost?

The initial call is free. The AI audit costs €500 and is credited in full when you implement with AI Værk. Small solutions start at around €2,000. Hosting and support are listed separately in the proposal.

Who does the work?

You work directly with us, the founders. Justus leads consulting and training; Elias is responsible for development, integration and operation. We are happy to work alongside your IT provider.

How long does it take you to get from design to quote?

Tell us in a free initial call how a solar project runs in your business. We show you what the software takes over and what it costs.
