Case study

Kirsch & Drechsler from the first workshop to their own product line.

What began as a potential analysis led step by step to their own software: workshops with the whole team, internal knowledge management, a website chatbot and, finally, a jointly developed AI assistant.

02 · Solutions

It started with questions, not systems: where does AI really pay off, what is legally sound, where do you begin? Potential analysis and strategy consulting turned into a roadmap, and the roadmap turned into practice.

Workshops with the entire team laid the foundations, targeted expert workshops added depth. In parallel, we improved existing AI environments, built an internal knowledge management solution, and put the website chatbot into operation.

At the end of this path stands a jointly developed AI assistant that builds on everything created before.

03 · Results

What has changed

AI is used far more often. It has become part of everyday work, not the exception.
The results are better, more relevant, and more personal, because they are built on the company's own knowledge.
AI use is GDPR-compliant and under control, with clear rules instead of shadow AI.
Recurring tasks run through internal automations the team understands and develops further on its own.
04 · Outlook

What came of it

Individual workshops grew into their own AI assistant. It builds on the knowledge and processes the team worked out together in the first project phases.
