As a notary you are bound to secrecy under § 18 BNotO, the German Federal Notaries Act. So you decide where the software runs, and we set it up exactly that way.
- We and everyone involved commit to secrecy in text form, as § 26a BNotO requires.
- A data processing agreement under the GDPR, signed before the software sees real data.
- Your data never trains AI models, and every access is logged.

You keep using the client portal, the questionnaires and the NOTARIO AI; our software takes care of everything that arrives outside the portal. Where NOTARIUS offers an import route, we enter details and documents straight into the file. Otherwise your team moves them across from a work list with one click. Which route suits your office, we settle in the initial call.

The initial call is free. The AI audit costs €500 and is credited in full when you go ahead with AI Værk. Small solutions start at around €2,000. Hosting and support are listed separately in the proposal.
