AI for your firm: more time for clients, less routine. We take incoming post, standard letters and routine questions off your team, connected to your case management software.
Law firm, tax firm, notarial office or audit firm: every day post arrives that has to reach the right file, the same letters and questions come round again, and professional secrecy applies throughout. AI Værk supports you from the first call to a solution in daily use. Client data stays under your control, on a server in your own office if you wish.

Post that belongs on a file
Pleadings, receipts, completion notices, balance confirmations: the software recognises what each item is about and which client it belongs to, and files it in your system. Anything unclear goes to a list for your team.
Letters that repeat
Status enquiries, document requests and deadline reminders are drafted from your file data and templates. Whoever is responsible reads them through and approves them.
Data under client confidentiality
Client data needs more than a standard cloud. We set up the software to fit your professional obligations, up to a server of your own.
Client data stays where you decide.
Lawyers, tax advisors, notaries and auditors are bound by professional secrecy. So you decide where the software runs, and we set it up exactly that way.
- Confidentiality in the contract: we and everyone involved commit in writing to professional secrecy, as required by Section 203 of the German Criminal Code (StGB) and your professional rules.
- A data processing agreement under the GDPR, signed before the software sees real data.
- Your data is never used to train AI models.
- Every access is logged. You see who opened what, and when.
Questions before getting started
Can we use AI with client data?
Yes. Section 203 of the German Criminal Code (StGB) allows professionals bound by secrecy to bring in service providers, provided they are bound to confidentiality. The professional rules add their own provisions: § 43e BRAO for lawyers, § 62a StBerG for tax advisors, § 26a BNotO for notaries and § 50a WPO for public auditors. That is exactly what we set out in the contract, together with the data processing agreement. If the software runs on a server in your firm, the data stays on your premises from start to finish.
Does it work with our software?
In most cases, yes, for example with RA-MICRO, Advoware, DATEV or your notarial software. Where the system offers an interface, we create documents and drafts directly in it. Otherwise your team moves them across from a work list. We check which route suits you in the AI audit.
What does getting started cost?
The initial call is free. If the task is already clear, we move straight to a proposal. If a closer assessment is needed, the AI audit costs €500, fully credited towards implementation with AI Værk. Small solutions start at around €2,000. If we find no useful AI application, the audit fee is waived; previously agreed expenses remain payable. Our proposal lists setup, licences, hosting and support separately.
Who supports implementation?
You work directly with us, the founders. Justus handles consulting, design and training; Elias is responsible for development, integration and ongoing operation. We are happy to work with your in-house IT team or IT service provider.
What holds your team up every day?
