When a client asks for an update, the reply from the Advoware file is already waiting. We build AI software for law firms using Advoware and connect it to your inbox and case files. Consulting, training for your team and ongoing operation are part of it.
“Is there any news on my case?” Emails and calls like this come in every day, and every answer means opening the file, reading the latest brief and summing it up clearly. Our software recognises the status request, reads the history in Advoware and writes a short reply in everyday language. The lawyer checks it and sends it.
How we bring AI into your firm with Advoware
AI audit for client communication
We look at which requests your office answers and which letters keep coming up, and show where software can take the work over. €500, credited in full when you go ahead with implementation.
Pricing and AI auditWorkshop for your team
Secretaries and lawyers learn, on their own tasks, to use AI safely and in confidence, including Advoware’s Legal Twin modules.
WorkshopsBuild and connect the software
We build the software for your client communication and connect it to Advoware. Small solutions from around €2,000.
SolutionsOperation and further development
We host and maintain the software, tune it to your tone and new routines and are there when something gets stuck.
Custom developmentWhat the software takes over in your firm
Answer status requests
The software recognises a request for an update, reads the history since the last message and writes a reply free of jargon.
Request documents
Notes from the first meeting become a letter listing every document still missing. If nothing arrives within a week, the reminder is ready.
Phone notes to the file
Callback requests and calls taken at reception become a file note and a follow-up for the lawyer in charge.

-
01
The question comes in
A client asks whether anything has happened in his unfair dismissal case. His last message was three weeks ago.
-
02
The software reads the file
It matches the email to his file in Advoware, reads what has happened since his last message, such as the summons to the hearing, and drafts a reply in plain words.
-
03
The lawyer sends it
She reads the draft, adds a sentence on next steps and sends it. The reply is stored as correspondence in the file.
Client data stays where you decide.
A reply to a client sums up his whole file. You decide where our software runs, and we set it up exactly that way.
- Confidentiality in the contract: we and everyone involved commit in writing to professional secrecy, as required by § 43e BRAO and Section 203 of the German Criminal Code (StGB).
- A data processing agreement under the GDPR, signed before the software sees real data.
- Your data is never used to train AI models.
- Every access is logged. You see who opened what, and when.
Working safely with AI: training for client requests
Your team practises on an email as it sits in the inbox: what does the software answer, what does the AI see of it, and which question only the lawyer answers? Use the switch to see how client data stays protected.
“Hello Dr Engel, this is Person 8810Markus Feldmann, file Number 22214/26. Is there any news from my former employer? And should I accept the offer of three months’ salary? Thanks!”
- Your server inserts placeholders
- Sent encrypted
- Cloud AI processes it
- Your server puts the names back
Only your server knows which placeholder belongs to which person.
- Message arrives
- The AI on your server works with the full message
Nothing leaves your firm.
Identify the file
Compare name and file number with Advoware. The AI only sees both as placeholders.
Put the status into plain words
Write a short reply from the history since the last message, in the client’s own terms.
Pass the legal question to the lawyer
Recognise the question about the settlement offer. Dr Engel answers it herself, in a conversation with the client.
Connected to Advoware
Advoware assigns incoming scans, emails, E-Post and beA messages to case files automatically, monitors deadlines and offers Legal Twin AI modules for case analysis and research. You keep using these functions. Our software takes on the replies to your clients that build on this order.

Questions about AI with Advoware
Can the software store drafts directly in Advoware?
Where your Advoware setup offers an interface, we create drafts, file notes and follow-ups directly in the file. Otherwise your team moves them across from a work list. We check which route suits you, cloud or firm server, in the AI audit.
Can’t Legal Twin do this already?
Legal Twin helps you understand a file quickly, with analyses, summaries and a chat inside the file. Our software picks up the client’s question from the inbox, writes the reply in his language and puts it forward for review. We tell you plainly in the AI audit which fits your firm better.
Can we use AI with client data?
Yes. § 43e BRAO allows you to bring in service providers, provided they are bound to confidentiality. That is exactly what we set out in the contract, together with the data processing agreement. If the software runs on a server in your firm, the data stays on your premises from start to finish.
What does AI cost for a firm using Advoware?
The initial call is free. If the task is already clear, we move straight to a proposal. If a closer assessment is needed, the AI audit costs €500, fully credited towards implementation with AI Værk. Small solutions start at around €2,000. If we find no useful AI application, the audit fee is waived; previously agreed expenses remain payable. Our proposal lists setup, licences, hosting and support separately.
How often do your clients ask for an update?
In the free initial call, tell us which requests and letters keep your office busy every day. We will show you what the software takes over, what it costs and how it works with Advoware.
