Operations and monitoringWe keep your applications running and check their results.

After launch an application needs care: interfaces change, jobs fail, models get new versions. We operate the software, integrations and AI applications we build, and after an assessment we take over existing ones too. We monitor the technology and the answer quality, roll out tested updates and work directly with your IT.

What we take on in operations

  • Monitor the technology

We track availability, error rates, response times and scheduled jobs such as nightly imports. Every alert has a defined recipient and an escalation path.

    AlertRecipientEscalation

  • Check answer and model quality

An application can be reachable and still answer worse. We check AI answers and model results regularly against a fixed test set and samples from daily use, so a drop in quality becomes visible.

  • Keep track of costs and usage

Model calls, hosting and storage create running costs. We record usage and costs per application so you see changes early and can adjust course with us.

How we set up operations

  1. 01

    Agree scope and responsibilities

We define with you which applications we support, the service hours in which we respond and which tasks stay with your IT. We assess existing applications from other providers first: code, documentation, access and dependencies.

  2. 02

    Set up monitoring and alerts

We add checks for availability, errors and jobs, plus quality checks for AI answers.

  3. 03

    Secure updates and recovery

We roll out updates to libraries, platforms and models after testing and keep the way back to the previous version ready. We regularly test backups by actually restoring them.

  4. 04

    Review together regularly

In an agreed review we go through incidents, quality, costs, access rights and versions with you. This produces concrete tasks for the next period.

Operations with clear responsibilities

You know which applications we support, who acts on an alert and within what time. Updates follow a fixed procedure, and recovery has been practised.

A runbook describes access, dependencies, alerts and procedures. Your IT can consult it and work with us from the same basis.

What belongs in your operations scope?

Service hours, response times and responsibilities depend on how much your daily work relies on the application. Two typical arrangements:

Operations during business hours
We respond on working days within the agreed hours, roll out updates and run the regular review. This suits internal tools and processes where a fault can wait until the next morning.
Extended service hours
For applications your customers use directly, we agree longer service hours and shorter response times. We put the scope and escalation path in writing.
How we work

We operate what we build

Whoever built an application knows its weak points and dependencies. That is why we support our software after launch and work directly with your IT, with Elias and Justus as your fixed contacts.

Why AI Værk

Common questions

Do you take over applications built by others?

Yes, after an assessment. We review code, documentation, access, dependencies and the current state, then tell you what needs to happen before the takeover.

Are you available around the clock?

We agree service hours and response times to suit the application and put them in writing. Alerts go to the agreed channel. Outside service hours, we handle them at the start of the next service period.

How do you notice that an AI application is answering worse?

We check answers regularly against a fixed test set, especially after changes to models or sources, and review samples and user feedback. If results drift, we find the cause and agree the fix with you.

Which application should keep running reliably?

Tell us about the application, its users and who acts today when something fails. We will discuss a suitable operations scope with you.
