AI for firms and practices: more time for clients and patients. We take incoming post, standard letters and routine questions off your team, connected to your case management or practice software.

Law firm, tax firm or medical practice: every day post arrives that has to reach the right file, the same letters and questions come round again, and professional secrecy applies throughout. AI Værk supports you from the first call to a solution in daily use. The data stays under your control, on a server on your own premises if you wish.

What firms and practices have in common

Post that has to be filed

Pleadings, receipts, test results: the software recognises what each item is about and who it belongs to, and files it in your system. Anything unclear goes to a list for your team.

Letters that repeat

Status enquiries, document requests and appointment confirmations are drafted from your own data and templates. Whoever is responsible reads them through and approves them.

Data under professional secrecy

Client and patient data needs more than a standard cloud. We set up the software to fit your professional obligations, up to a server of your own.

Confidential data stays where you decide.

Lawyers, tax advisors and doctors are bound by professional secrecy. So you decide where the software runs, and we set it up exactly that way.

  • Confidentiality in the contract: we and everyone involved commit in writing to professional secrecy, as required by Section 203 of the German Criminal Code (StGB) and your professional rules.
  • A data processing agreement under the GDPR, signed before the software sees real data.
  • Your data is never used to train AI models.
  • Every access is logged. You see who opened what, and when.

  • On a server in your firm or practice

The AI runs on your own hardware, on your premises. The data never leaves the building.

    Private AI
  • On a dedicated server in Germany

A server reserved for you alone, in an ISO 27001 certified data centre in Germany.

  • With a cloud AI in the EU

An AI service with data centres in the EU and a data processing agreement. Often the quickest start for tasks that involve no confidential data.

Questions before getting started

Can we use AI with client or patient data?

Yes. Section 203 of the German Criminal Code (StGB) allows professionals bound by secrecy to bring in service providers, provided they are bound to confidentiality; for lawyers § 43e BRAO adds its own rules, for tax advisors § 62a StBerG. That is exactly what we set out in the contract, together with the data processing agreement. If the software runs on a server on your premises, the data stays in the building from start to finish.

Does it work with our software?

In most cases, yes, for example with RA-MICRO, Advoware, DATEV or your practice software. Where the system offers an interface, we create documents and drafts directly in it. Otherwise your team moves them across from a work list. We check which route suits you in the AI audit.

What does getting started cost?

The initial call is free. If the task is already clear, we move straight to a proposal. If a closer assessment is needed, the AI audit costs €500, fully credited towards implementation with AI Værk. Small solutions start at around €2,000. If we find no useful AI application, the audit fee is waived; previously agreed expenses remain payable. Our proposal lists setup, licences, hosting and support separately.

Who supports implementation?

You work directly with us, the founders. Justus handles consulting, design and training; Elias is responsible for development, integration and ongoing operation. We are happy to work with your in-house IT team or IT service provider.

What holds your team up every day?

In the free initial call, tell us how post, letters and routine questions run for you. We will show you where AI helps, what it costs and how it works with your software.
