Understand case material

Search approved documents and return the supporting passages. Your team can prepare a chronology and compare statements with the originals. Missing documents and unreadable scans need to remain visible.

Find the firm’s knowledge

Make approved templates, practice notes and internal guidance searchable. Answers identify their source and its version. You determine what can be reused across matters; searching one case must not expose another client’s file.

Prepare correspondence

Use an approved template and selected facts to prepare a draft, such as a request for documents. The responsible person checks content, recipients and attachments before sending. Legal judgement and approval remain with the firm.

Choose the environment for confidential client information

We map where files are stored, who may access them and what the model would process. That informs the choice of your own servers or a dedicated environment with one of our ISO 27001-certified hosting partners.

In a hybrid setup, protected documents are processed privately. A cloud model can handle additional work using content specifically cleared for that purpose. Simply removing names may leave enough context to identify a person.

Your professional confidentiality and privacy requirements inform permissions, logging, deletion, maintenance access and the choice of service providers. A local server alone does not answer all these questions.

Choose the preparation work
Examine recurring searches and drafting tasks: how often they occur, how long they take and what checks will remain. This helps assess whether implementation is worthwhile.

Test with appropriate documents
Agree a bounded collection and its permitted use. We test missing sources, conflicting documents and questions outside the collection as well as useful answers.

Introduce it to the practice
Configure access and train the team on real tasks. Agree who checks results, who maintains source material and whom to contact if something goes wrong. Ongoing support is optional.

Work with your existing case-management software

We examine available interfaces and export options before proposing an integration. A first application may only need an approved document collection. A connection to the case-management system should be both technically feasible and useful.

Before development, you receive a proposal covering the agreed work, hardware, hosting and any model usage costs. The AI audit costs €500 excluding VAT. We review selected workflows and provide recommendations, ideas for concrete projects and guidance on practical, secure AI use. The full fee is credited towards subsequent consulting or implementation. If we find no economically worthwhile use of AI, the audit fee is waived; only expenses agreed in advance, such as travel, remain payable.

Can it research legal authorities?

An internal search initially covers only the documents you provide. External legal databases require appropriate access and a separate integration. Citations and conclusions must be checked by a qualified person before use.

Do we need a powerful AI server?

The tasks, models and simultaneous usage determine capacity. A compact installation or dedicated hosting may be appropriate; we assess requirements before hardware selection.

Does this make sense for a small firm?
