We discuss a selected workflow with the staff who carry it out. Approximate volumes, typical documents and the systems involved provide a starting point. Confidential information is only included within an agreed scope.

We distinguish existing software functions, rule-based automation and AI. Each option is assessed for setup costs, ongoing costs, checks and responsibility in operation.

Prepare a decision
The recommendation identifies a useful first scope, unresolved prerequisites and criteria for a test. The board or management can decide on the next commission. An audit does not oblige you to proceed.
What we establish before building
Technical planning includes information flows: where documents sit, who may access them and which services are involved. Private on-site infrastructure and dedicated hosting have different costs and operational requirements.
If you need a board presentation or a detailed implementation plan, we include that in the consulting scope. This makes the distinction between the initial review and further commissioned work explicit.
Agree the scope and cost first
The first call is free. A focused AI audit costs EUR 500 excluding VAT and provides recommendations, concrete project ideas and guidance on safe use. We credit the full fee towards subsequent consulting or implementation. If we find no economically worthwhile AI use case, the audit fee is waived; only expenses agreed in advance remain payable.

Is the first call the audit?
No. The free call establishes your situation and a possible next step. The paid audit provides a more detailed review of selected workflows.
Do we have to commission development afterwards?
No. You decide based on the recommendation. If you proceed with our consulting or implementation, the full audit fee is credited.
What happens if AI would not be worthwhile?
If the audit finds no economically worthwhile AI application, its fee is waived. Expenses agreed in advance remain payable. A simpler process improvement may still help.
